Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no little than 24 hours in advance of schedule appointments to avoid 70% cancellation charge. 10 minute late arrivals will be automatically asked to reschedule and charged a percentage of their service fee. Up to two no-shows is allowed before online booking is banned and added to the rotating client wait list.
